Born and raised in Auburn and now living in Issaquah with his partner, Theo McBurney is a lifelong Washingtonian who genuinely can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. As a proud Washington State University alum, Theo’s connection to the Pacific Northwest runs deep—and that local pride shows up in the way he supports clients: with care, consistency, and a calm, steady presence throughout the process.
Theo earned his real estate license immediately after college and stepped straight into the fast-paced world of new construction, where timelines are tight, details are everything, and communication has to be proactive. That experience shaped his approach from the start: stay organized, stay ahead, and treat every moving piece like it matters—because it does. He later made the jump to the resale side to broaden his scope and deepen his understanding of the market from every angle.
Today, Theo serves as Executive Assistant to Cindy Kelly, supporting the operational backbone of the business and helping ensure each client experience feels seamless and well cared for. From managing details behind the scenes to keeping things on track and clearly communicated, Theo is known for his sharp attention to detail, thoughtful follow-through, and a people-first mindset that never feels transactional.
Above all, Theo believes real estate is personal. Whether a client is starting a new chapter, making a strategic move, or navigating a big life transition, he approaches each transaction with professionalism, warmth, and respect for what the moment represents.
