Hello December!

What a treat to start the season out with some snowfall ...at least for most of us? I hope you are all staying cozy and enjoying the early start to Winter.

I took a Thanksgiving break to California for a quick re-con mission for next years winter getaway, I learned a lot about Palm Springs and Palm Desert! Cool place in the winter - way too hot for this PNW girl the rest of the year. It was a bummer to came back to power outages, slippery roads, and a driveway full of concrete-like snow. But THANK GOODNESS for my wonderful neighbors who saved me and plowed me out. Marlowe was gone so I was on my own. Shout out to the BEST neighbors ever, William and Michelle. I love ya!

Right after that icy snow, I got into the holiday spirit co-hosting our Compass Santa event last week. It was great to see some of you and your kiddos. It was SOOOOOOOOO much fun, many people couldn’t make it due to illness etc., I HIGHLY encourage you to make it next year. We learned a lot this year about how to run it a bit smoother. It will be on SATURDAY, and we’ll schedule everyone that wants to attend a time slot so there is NO waiting. Our Santa rocked! We will have the same one next year and I’ll be sending out dates and reservation appointments EARLY!
